Who we are

Soul Talk TV Network is a free faith-based streaming service operated by Holy Light Ministry Soul Center, founded, created and developed by Bishop Derrick Raybon Senior.

What we collect

Account information — the email address and name you provide when you create an account, plus an encrypted password. You can browse and watch without an account.
Viewing activity — what you watch, your saved list, ratings and profile choices, so we can continue playback and recommend content.
Technical data — device type, browser, approximate region and error logs, used to keep streaming working.
Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) to understand which programming people watch.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising profiles. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos or microphone data.

How we use it

To provide the service, keep your account secure, remember your preferences, respond to support requests, and improve programming decisions.

Sharing

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Convex) and analytics provider (Google) purely to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Children

The service is intended for general audiences. Family and youth channels contain programming suitable for children, but children should use the app with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved list and viewing history.

Cookies and storage

We use browser storage for sign-in sessions, profile selection and app installation preferences. Blocking these may prevent sign-in from working.
